1. Acceptance

3. Accounts

An account is optional. Watching requires nothing at all; an account exists so that a watchlist and a viewing history can follow you between devices, and so that a VIP purchase has somewhere to attach.

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us through the contact form if you believe someone else has it. We may suspend an account that is used to abuse the service, and a suspended account is signed out on every device at once.

4. VIP and payment

VIP is sold as a number of days of access, paid in cryptocurrency through NOWPayments. Access is granted when the payment has actually settled into our wallet, not when the network first sees it — a confirmation on a chain is not the same thing as funds received.

A purchase delivers a code by email, which is redeemed on your profile. Codes do not expire, and days are added to whatever you already have rather than replacing it.

Cryptocurrency payments cannot be reversed by us or by anyone else. If a payment fails to deliver what it bought, write to us with your order reference and we will settle it by hand.

5. Where the material comes from

Dramavia.com is a catalogue. Titles, artwork, descriptions and video are supplied by the platforms named on each page and belong to them or to their licensors. We do not produce this material and we make no claim to it.

If material here infringes a copyright you hold, the DMCA form is the way to have it removed, and it is the only route that produces a tracked, actionable notice.
