What Dramavia.com collects, and what it does with it

What we collect
Watching is free and needs no account, and most visitors give us nothing beyond the technical information below. You hand over personal information only when you choose to — by creating an account, buying VIP, or writing to us through one of our forms.
Automatically, from every visitor:
- your IP address, used for rate limiting and abuse prevention;
- short-lived web server access logs (URL, status code, user agent, timestamp);
- requests for video, which pass through our server for some platforms, so the log lines above cover them too.
Only if you choose to:
- If you create an account: your email address, the username you pick, your watchlist and your viewing history. Passwords are stored only as a salted hash and cannot be read back.
- If you buy VIP: your email address and the order record. Payment itself is handled by NOWPayments — the money moves on a public blockchain and we never see a card, a bank account or a wallet key.
- If you write to us through the contact form: your name, email address, and whatever you type into the message.
- If you send a copyright notice through our DMCA form: the identifying and contact details the law requires a notice to carry, described in its own section below.
Copyright notices
A notice sent through our DMCA form asks for more than anything else on this site: your real name, a postal address, a telephone number, your job title, and the organization you represent. None of it is optional decoration — 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) requires it, and a notice without it has no legal effect.
Because a notice is the legal record of a demand to remove someone else's material, we keep it for as long as we might have to answer for having acted on it, rather than deleting it on request. Two things follow that you should know before you send one:
- A copy of your notice, including your contact details, may be forwarded to the party who supplied the material complained of. They are entitled to know who asked for it to be removed.
- Your notice may be published to a third-party transparency database such as the Lumen database.
You confirm that you understand both, on the form itself, before you sign.
Cookies and local storage
We set a cookie when you sign in, so that the next page knows it is you, and one that remembers which language you chose. Small preferences such as the autoplay toggle and your subtitle language are kept in your browser's own storage and never reach us.
There are no tracking cookies, no advertising network and no analytics script on this site.
How we use it
- to operate, maintain and improve the site;
- to prevent abuse — scraping, credential stuffing, denial of service, forms submitted by robots;
- to deliver what a VIP purchase bought, and to answer what you write to us.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers named here, or where the law requires it.
Third parties
- Cover images and some video are loaded from the upstream platforms' own content networks, which therefore see the request.
- Email is sent through Resend.
- Payment is processed by NOWPayments.
- Our database and hosting run on infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf under contract.
How long we keep it
- Deleting your account deletes it: the account row and everything hanging off it — sessions, watchlist, viewing history, pending links — go with it in one operation.
- Order records are kept as accounting records.
- Copyright notices are kept as legal records, as described above.
- Server logs are short-lived.
Children
Dramavia.com is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Contact
To see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, use the contact form and choose "Privacy or data request". You can also delete your account yourself from your profile page at any time.
Copyright and takedown requests go through the DMCA form instead, which collects everything a legally valid notice must contain and gives you a reference you can track.
